Over the last 20 years McBride Architecture has developed 17 automated Roof Management Programs (RMP) for both government agencies/institutions and for private industry.
The Oregon State University RMP, first established in 1990 over three bienniums, provides for roof management of more than 90 complex buildings with more than 300 separate roof areas. The eighth inspection cycle has been completed in 2003.
Repair and replacement projects identified by the RMP are reviewed and implemented on a yearly basis.
Providence Health System, Timberline Lodge/USFS, Hewlett Packard Vancouver, and Providence Medical Centers are examples of recent and current RMP programs.
